Gentle, kind and obviously love animals. Other vets had to muzzle our dog for examinations... but not here. Even the dog relaxed and let them do what they needed to do.

I called and got in the same day no wait although you probably need a reservation. Everybody was incredibly friendly and polite. Dr. Sinclair was very kind to me and my cat. I was given 2 options for my cat's care which I really appreciate because I like to wait and see before heading into any procedure. I'm super impressed by this clinic! Highly recommend.Lire plus
I will see Dr Parks again! He helped me diagnose my cat and helped me through the decision to have to put her down. His people skills are amazing. Then when I brought my other cat in today for her checkup he is the first vet that has ever seen inside her mouth. He was patient and calm and it was nice to see someone who cares so much for their four legged patients. I will continue to take my pets here as long as he is there for them. Lire plus

I have been going to Hermitage Veterinary Hospital since 1994, I have seen several of their Vets they were always very friendly and very good with my dogs, in the last 4 years I have been dealing more with Dr. Purcell, in my opinion he is one of the best Vets I've ever had, very friendly and thorough and always goes above and beyond for my dogs, as he always says he considers them his boys as well. Best vet in Sherwood Park hands down. I don't want to get into the details but long story short is I wouldn't have my Bulldog Griff if it wasn't for the staff here. They were very knowledgeable and understanding when I needed time to think about the situation that I was in. I would use them again if I need them, here is hoping that I don't though. We moved to Edmonton this week and needed to find a new Vet for our two, 4 year old dogs. Mission RIdge was recommened and we are happy they were. The service was excellent and Dr Lori impressed us with her knowledge and her very kind manner. She told us things that no other Vet has.
