One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store.
