Did first ever wax at aroma on yonge st - the technician was very nice, professional, and quite skilled. She gave me a number of tips on before and after skin care and warned me that I may need to do sugaring due to my skin type in the future...im pretty sure they work partly on commission this was a big deal as it was a sacrifice on her part to the benefit of mine - not something many would do. I am beyond impressed with their safety measures in place during covid. There are plexiglass dividers between staff and clients, as well as dividers between stations.

hello I have some prostate surgery coming up and this was my very first experience with waxing. Lyn made me fell really comfortable and relaxed about the procedure. She truly is a professional at what she does and explained every step before continuing. The surroundings are clean and comfortable as was the equipment she uses. Hi have been going to Kelly's Studio for years. She always makes me feel welcome and loved. She is honest about what is best for me and I appreciate that. I always come out feeling great. She has also been seeing my boys. Once they hit puberty, I let Kelly show them how to take care of their skin. Once in a while they go for a youth facial.
