These guys are old school trades supply shop. They get to the point of what you need. My experience has always ended very well with them even though I only need to purchase from them occasionally. Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly.
