We had a major leak in our main water pipe just below the foundation. We called Howell Mechanical and they assessed the break and arranged to have a technician come. The technician was thoroughly professionaland worked quickly to fix the problem. The work was completed in one day and we would not hesitate to call them again. The rates were very reasonable. I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Chris was very patient and understood the problems we were having with our toilet. The plumbers came a day early (with notification) and installed our new toilet within 15 minutes! The plumbers were very courteous and explained everything. I will go to them again for any plumbing problem.Lire plus
