The location is great too. They actually stocked one of the cheese types I absolutely love, but can't seem to find anywhere.

I started making wine about a year ago at a local wine making spot, but my Dad Salvatore suggested I start doing it at home with my own kit. I received such good advice and quality materials that my wine turned better than the local guy. I had more control and much better results.
