Went on a “brewery tour” where it was explained how and when things were done to produce their product. They had a presentation before we started, to give a little insight of the company. We also sampled some of the different beers that they produce at different times of the year for festival occasions. Our tour guide was very entertaining and we also met the “Brewmaster (Wolf) who treated us like royalty. After the tour we had a Pizza in their restaurant as part of the promotion. YUMMY. I love the taste of their Falafel, it is perfectly balanced taste, the oil it is cooked in, encourages the balance of taste, not too nutty earthy taste, not too over emphasized in the spices. I have traveled to 38 countries, including several Middle Eastern regions.
