John's amazing! He's very kind, patient at listening, empathetic, and accommodating. He's incredibly experienced at his trade - he was so efficient when upgrading the faucet and shower. He's very kind - he came one day and waited and rang the bell twice & I was on a meeting and forgot he was supposed to come; he had full understanding.
