Rich has been cleaning my carpets for 8 years . I would not have anyone else because his service is efficient, effective and extremely professional. Rich can address issues with pet stain ( I have a dog with the odd accident) . When he finishes my carpets look like new.

The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently.
