I receive excellent service from the employees at ARN's. There is a caveat. I receive excellent service once I get the attention of an employee. I have been there three times and each time I stand around waiting for help and have to go aggressively ask for assistance. People walk by and say hi but don't ask if I need help. I don't want to bother those that are busy or helping other people so I let them say hi and keep walking. Besides that, impeccable service!

My first time there was today. Thanks to Shane for his excellent customer service and professional advice. I will make the drive anytime to this store I highly recommend it.

Wentto Arns for a review of business.I walked in not greeted or approched by anyone.I looked around noticed few selection of quality product names such as stihl products which is low quality due to high maintenance which is good for repair costs for Arns to repair.this is maybe why they sell stihl.I noticed place isnt the cleanest and dated.spent close to 5 minutes in store and no one approched me. This was good gave me a chance to inspect place whether I would deal with them or not answer is no

Bought a new Stihl backpack blower a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier. The salesman was great, showroom was beautiful, pricing was very competitive, overall great experience. Will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Oct 6th - I dropped off a snow blower for repair - was told were busy so it will be a week or two before it gets fixed by the gal at the front. OK and off I go. Appox. Oct 20 (2 weeks later) - hadnt heard from them, so I call to see whats up. Oh, weve been swamped...CBE just dropped off a whole bunch of equipment for repairs....but youre at the top of the list - itll be done this week. OK...
