Have bought appliances from them in the past. Service and prices are good and their staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Today I visited their parts department for parts for a fridge handle. Fred recognized the part I needed and quickly found it in the back store room. He also gave me a very fair deal on the price. He saved me both money and time. Atlas Appliance Service Technician, Andrew, visited my home to address my refrigerator problems. I was exceptionally impressed at his determination to discern the direct cause of the problem. Andrew is an exceptionally skillful technician with the knowledge to pursue definite avenues to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis. He has a remarkably fine professional manner; he is certainly an asset to Atlas Appliances.
