Called these guys super last minute to get a car starter installed. They got me in the same day and had friendly staff and I would highly recommend them! Don’t always get to see great service these days so it was nice to experience.

On May 14th, 2015 I had Auto Temp (42 Ave SE location) install a Dash Cam (purchased elsewhere) to my vehicle. The Dashcam was supplied to them and they were supposed to hard wire it using their exceptional workmanship and experience. I was told that they would be using the factory charger supplied with the Dashcam and would use additional hardware to do a professional job. I was charged $164.53 for 1.5Hrs of labor and material. Oustanding experience-customer service fantastic, quality of product excellent, could not be happier with my new radio- the team went above and beyond from my initial email which was followed by a phone call. I had a Compustar remote installed in 2008 and it's still going strong. Because I don't use it in the summer - I usually have to go back to Autotemp to have it re-actvated. Each time, I am impressed by the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!!!

These guys just want your money. They don't back their work and when there was extensive damage to my vehicle they couldn't repair it. I had to take my new vehicle to the dealer to have it repaired. They would not guarantee their install and refused to refund my money. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
