If i could give this business no stars I would. I brought my dog in for a nail trim and left angry, upset and vowing never to go back again. My dog is shy and uneasy around strangers, not only did the lady at the desk lack compassion and understanding in this manner, but the groomer did as well. There are a number of reasons why this business gets the worst review I have ever given: 1. My dog was taken to the back for a longer than necessary period of time and unnecessarily roughly (pulling hard on the leash to get my dog to move & no words of encouragment or easing my dog into it) 2. While my dog was in the back the other dogs who were staying at the facility for the day were barking. The groomer came out and yelled "shut up" quite loudly to the barking dogs. This I found quite unnerving. 3. My dog came back upset and now even more nervous around groomers and getting nails clipped. The groomer cut her quick 3 TIMES on 3 different nails. Two nails way too short and deep. I had a feeling something was off when I heard whining and noticed the girl helping the groomer kept looking back at us while my dog was in the back. 4. There was no apology given, just told us to staunch the bleeding with corn starch if the bleeding persists at home. My dog has had nails trimmed before and NEVER came back with so many mistakes and so much bleeding. In fact never has another groomer ever cut her. I will NEVER go back there with any of my pets!!! In my opinion it was not a good place or experience and the groomer was terrible.
