Chatters Salon Core Shopping Centre - Level 1

This was my first time to Chatters and I had a great experience with their stylist Kim. He created a great look for me to where I am very happy. Kim is very talented, creative, professional and very personable. I also saved $25 by purchasing (2) 1 liter of Nioxin #4. Thank you Kim‼️

Overpriced and unhappy experience

SYLVIA (the manager) has a habit of overbooking her appointment. I was booked in between two of her other two appointments with a need for a detailed hair cut. She was checking on the previous lady's hair colouring while she was cutting my hair so she's all over the place.....My 30 mins cutting got shrink to less than 15 mins. I told her not to cut too much as in not to make my hair too short. Instead she took it as she doesn't need to put any effort to make my style looks nice.
