Ethos Bridal

Had a great experience at ethos! Thank you to Rhonda for her patience and help in making sure I found the perfect dress! She was very helpful and not pushy at all! Very genuine and honest in her thoughts and opinions which I very much appreciated! In any follow up calls I've made to ethos they have been great to deal with and always going above and beyond to help with any issue! Would highly recommend!

I booked at appointment for 5pm & went to try on dresses, at 545 they told me I had to leave because they had a staff meeting...ok but they were supposed to close at 6pm. I booked another appointment for the weekend & my appointment was apperently cancelled so when we showed up they told me that my appointment was cancelled but figured out a way for them to be able to accomodate me. The sales person from the first appointment asked my Maid of Honor what she was doing in the store??? She had been very unprofessional in the first appointment & continued to be unprofessional even though she wasnt the one helping us during the 2nd appointment!

appalling horrible and downright disappointing!

i visited ehto's on december 27 2010 without an appointment. i had the MOST appalling experience i've ever had. i think the consultant i was paired with was named betty (older lady with short brown/black hair and glasses). i showed her the pictures in my wedding book and her immediate response was "no we don't have anything like that here" (fitted lace wedding dress) and then i showed her the pronovias i've been dying to try on. she handed me a pronovia's dress that wasn't a match to the one in the picture and told me to "try it on anyways" and i did. with every dress she brought me (some way out to lunch from what i showed her) she insisted i just try it. and when i had the dresses on i was told "well when it's ordered in your size it'll look fine." is this what etho's wants for their brides on their special day? a "fine" looking bride? after i told her i wasn't going to try on the dresses she brought i overheard her telling another consultant that i was "wasting her time." which i found odd as i was in and out of the dresses with the help of my mother (and not the consultant) pretty quickly and the fact that i didn't want to try on every dress in the salon probably saved her a ton of time. like i said at the beginning of this email the service i received from betty was the most appalling experience i've ever had and will not be retuning to etho's to purchase a dress nor will i be recommending this salon to any future bride.
