Worst Customer Experience I EVER Had
Started the process with this company of getting a SUV with them. Seemed nice at first, and was helping me out. After my first choice fell thorugh I waited almost 2 weeks for them to get me into something. (there website clearly says we will have your desired vehicle in 48 hours). I can live with the wait if there is communication. I had to constantly call or show up to get answers. I was getting frustrated with the level of service. So I sent them an email expalianing my concerns. I was very polite, wasnt angry, just frustrated. Tyler called me the next day, and said he recieved my email. He said he had the vehicle ready to go and I can come pick it up, however I am not going to sell you the SUV based on your email. I was devestated as I spent many hours with these people. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, and make me happy he refused to work with me. Horrible people. DO NOT go here.... If I could do minus a star I would.
