The staff at the Lethbridge office have done their best to correct the ongoing issues with the garbage security System. As shown to one of their support techs while trying fix another problem, the cameras are way cheaper on Amazon than from the dealer. Don't be held hostage by a 4 year contract and avoid the hassle.

Vito and Alex have provided excellent service and advise to us in regards to our home security system. From sales through to installation, and follow up service for additions/changes in our system that we initiated, our experience working with Guardian Security and in particular Vito and Alex, has been outstanding.

Amazing staff - They're great!

Guardian Security has amazing staff at hand! Their employee Jorgen was so polite and such a gentleman for helping me to understand the system. He took his time and was very patient with me, and he even taught me how to use the system right then and there until I got the hang of it! I am so thankful for all of the help you guys have given me.

I would like to thank you for your great service on yesterday's call to my shop. You were not only timely in your arrival but also very thorough and efficient on site. It was most appreciative that you were willing to work directly with the service man from Shaw as neither I, nor my staff, would have been able to convey the technical information from your findings to the rep from Shaw. And thank you for remaining on site while the Shaw rep corrected his previous "repair". Had he been as thorough as you, we would not have had to place the call to Securtek to correct a problem that did not exist with your equipment. It was all too easy for Shaw to tell us the problem was with your equipment and we had no ability to do anything but go along with their findings. Shaw now recognises that they have additional equipment issues as 2 other tenants in this same building are also having problems. Hopefully they will get these failures corrected shortly. Once again, Ben, thank you for your assistance and willingness to help the rep from Shaw. This saved us not only time but probably a lot of frustration to go along with it. Sincerely, Vickie Hill

We feel very safe!

Thank you Nick and GS team! My husband and I are so happy with our new security system and intercom system. We had half of it set up and couldn't finish it and you folks came in and saved the day - with your expertise and equipment. We got more than what we even thought we could, our system even detects moisture and smoke! Best of all we feel safer and more in control. The added bonus is we have an intercom system that saves us so much time and effort when communicating to the other members of our family - our kids love it! Exemplary Business! Best Experience I've Ever Had!

I’d like to commend the Guardian team (Vito, Ben, and Jurgen) on the recent installation of my home alarm system. Everyone behaved in a very professional manner. The company clearly has well defined policy and procedures. In particular, I would like to draw special attention to Jurgen for exemplary behavior. He called later on the day of installation to ensure that the system was working properly; and when he discovered that there were problems with two devices, scheduled a repeat visit the following day (which happened to be a Saturday). As it turned out, he needed to come back later on that day to replace the defective devices. I later learned that he was not paid for such activities, and when I offered an honorarium, he refused saying this was against company policy. He wanted to ensure that the system was functioning well since he takes pride in his work and he didn’t want to leave problems for the team the following week. I was exceptionally impressed. We frequently say the differences between the trades and the professions, is that a professional takes responsibility over the quality of their services; and corrects deficits independently. While many service providers can provide quality work, very few will independently ensure that deficits (when they arise) are dealt with. In general issues frequently have to be escalated to the managerial level. In summary, Jurgen was very personable and left a great impression.
