The service Northstar done on my vehicle yesterday was great. Thy managed to complete everything on time and delivered my vehicle in good shape. The shuttle service they provided was also awesome.

I had a great experience working with the Cochrane team. Dave the manager is very committed to his customers and ALWAYS had the time discuss any questions or concerns. Well worth the drive out of town.

I had sent my Ford Escape 3 times for repair the problem. The engine alert light was on two months ago, and sent it immediately for repair, they changed the sensor. After few days, the same thing was happen again, and this time they said that need update the code, asked me paid over $300. After this time, picked up just couple hours, the light on again for third times, and this time they said they found a part is broken, and I had to pay another $477 to get done. Very terrible car and company.
