Evening manager black shirt brown hair is incompetent & useless! Closes all but 4-5 checkouts when customers 10+ in lines are trying to checkout better still squashing people with infants in the mess, customers jump lines. Health of customer is not important. When incompetence, questioned told to have a good evening! If the face fits, put a bum in the role of the Hamptons superstore management team, useless! Plus they never respond back to customers with issues only positive feedbacks!!!

I love this store.It is clean nad staff its helpfull

I searched the isles for wheat bran (for bran muffins) and finally asked a clerk where it was. She looked, asked another clerk who sent her on a wild goose chase. Then she asked the manager who did no better. She could only find oat bran. What is wrong that a big store like that doesnt carry a basic. It used to be in bulk. I had to go to your opposition. A neighbour has quit going to this store because they keep moving things. I probably wont bother going back.

The store is well managed and clean for most of the departments. Lineups are okay on weekdays and cashiers are fast most of the times too. Price is good although I hope their head office could do a better job competing price with other competitors.

Do NOT buy milk from there. Despite my pointing to out numerous times, they are much more expensive than Costco, which is on their doorstep. Apparently, they are way too lazy to do price checks and are not diligently competitive. I have stopped buying the 4 Litre jugs of milk from there.
