Royal Oak Medical Clinic

I have been going here for about a decade (for convenience) and I've had nothing but bad experiences. My Family doctor is Rajan and it takes weeks to get an appointment with her, and most of the time she cancels, or doesn't show up at all. And when I DO get in, often after a good hour or so of waiting, she doesn't even listen. Last time she even called me by the wrong name! She's been my doctor for over a decade! The front staff aren't any better, they're rude, rushed, and unorganized.

I needed to see a doctor so i thought clinic opens at 8 am , i will get there at 7 :30 am so i will be the first one in . its 8 now more people have showed up .Now all us waiting .now its 8:30 am and no sign on the door saying it will be closed or opening late. I and few other ended up driving to broadmead clinic.
