    I love this place...

    I love this place and would recommend it to all my friends they have taken grate care of me and and always happy to deal customers and put them first before any thing i would highly recommend this place to any one to get mechanical work done at

    Paid $2400 and an...

    Paid $2400 and an additional $1700 for work on fuel pump etc. Claim they replaced fuel pump and did a tuneup Just took the truck to another reputable mechanic with the same complaints about the truck and he replaced the ORIGINAL fuel pump and did a tuneup (note that all the parts replaced were the original factory parts that come with the truck when bought). The work we paid for was not done at all - just old parts cleaned and reinstalled. A big thumbs down for these guys!

    Absolutely terrib...

    Absolutely terrible place to take your car. High performance car that has a clicking noise from the timing chain. Telling me all they wanted to do was change just the tensioner. The sound came back within a month. Took it to them again and the wouldn't fix it. Said that its a mechanical noise and won't fix anything until it's broken. I think I'd rather pay to change the chain over rather than having my engine seize up. So let it break then fix or be proactive?

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    If your looking for someone who has your best interest at heart and isn't looking to make as much off you as they can, DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP Recently I was trying to get my friend to see my mechanic, but she said she has a great guy at South Trail Auto. She dropped her car off and told them that she didn't want to spend a lot of money on it and that Kevin usually fixes her car. They later informed her that he no longer worked for them but that they could take a look at it. She told them that it was the same thing happening over and over and Kevin usually fixed it in little time!! She also said that since she was already at work that they could look at it if they had kevin's reports from fixing her car before. They seemed sure they could do the same job. She had to call them later as they didn't think it was important to talk to the customer before fixing anything, and was SLAPPED with a $500 dollar bill!!!! She was extremely upset as in a conversation earlier had mentioned to the guy on the phone that she didn't have $500 to spend on the car. What she was told was they spent 4 HOURS on the car and fixed a wire!!!! She was upset and told them that this was ridiculous, she left work to pick the car up, where she spoke to the owner who told her to pay or leave the car!!!!! One guy even said he was "DONE DEALING WITH HER'. The people who work here should take a customer service course and start realizing that not everyone has the money to let them sit around looking for a problem for hours and if something is going to cost that much money to consult with the customer first!!!!!
