Project: kitchen counters ($6,5k) As a condo owner, it never seemed that my account was of importance. Amongst the myriads of difficulties with the procurement of the counters and installation services the only constant was the lack of communication. Ricky, the owner, seems like a nice enough guy, but it seems like after getting the Rogers Place contracts, small potatoes like us don't matter much anymore. Can't say I wish this company more success.

A friend recommended Atlas to do my kitchen reno...So I called them up .. they sent a sales rep out the next day.My sales rep was very helpful with picking out matching colours to my existing cupboards and try to keep my costs down to what I budgeted for this project. She also recommended that I come to their warehouse and view actual slabs to make colour picking easier.The installers were great and very knowledgeable. The install was completed in one day. My kitchen looks awesome. Thanks

Atlas Granite was great to work with. The service was excellent right from start to end. The tough part was selecting the right stone for our kitchen as they have thousands of slabs to pick from in their warehouse. All in all a very pleasant renovation experience.

0 Communication- Terrible Management

Under no circumstances should you employ this "business" for your kitchen needs. 1. When quoting, they told us that our counter top would be ready at the same time as the cabinets. They maintained this stance when we questioned it. Obviously this was impossible, and they only began measuring for the cuts after the cabinets were delivered. 2. When they finally did come to measure, they told us the countertop would be ready by next week. 3. Two weeks later they phoned and said one more week.

They did a very poor install at first where the colours on the seam line were blatantly mismatched (grey against white). I then had to follow up conatantly to try and get resolution. Finally they replaced the bad slab they put in and it looks beautiful. However, I am out money for a sealant they did not apply, damage to my ceiling that they caused, and they charged me without my authority an additonal charge once the work was completed.
