Amazing service! Gladys picked out the most beautiful frames that fit me perfectly, and the price was right too. Will always highly recommend Castledowns vision centre and Gladys to everyone.

They should be embarrassed. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at the establishment. Today I wanted to check out their selection of safety glasses. When I entered store I was asked to wear a mask,which is no problem for me ,except that they wanted me to pay them a dollar for a mask. I mentioned to them that every other store is giving away masks for free. They informed me that I would not get a free mask to just look around store and I had to pay the dollar or leave. So sad!

Gladis was was great helping me find glasses I love,she was very comfortableto talk to .I will always go back . The doctor and staff were great!!
