Before we even moved into our suite out belongings were stolen then told they were accidentally dumped. We had over $10,000 worth of belongings stolen and Devonshire (owner of Riverside) gave us $2000 to cover it. I had people coming into my suite when it was locked so good to know they have people working there that just come into your place. This place is definitely not suitable to raise a family. Cigarette butts, garbage and used needles can also be found.

Elevators ALWAYS ...

Elevators ALWAYS having problems not working, since i moved in more than a year ago, my appartement doesnt have screens to protect from insects to come in and with MORE THAN A YEAR of talking to the management about fixing it, they never did anything. I've never been in a worst building than this one.
