Horrible customer service.
JLR is not well organized at all.
They would delay matters, state that they are waiting on the third party to get back to them (like contractors, service-people, and/or other companies) but the fact of the matter is that they are lacking in every aspect. Lisa is as rude as can be and does not see the value in having a working relationship with her clients.
I would NOT recommend JLR to even my worst enemy.
They are HORRIBLE !Do not do anything.
When you send them more than one e-mail about a problem the answer was."have a life"We had to have new grass and trees because of them.STAY AWAY!
Terrible customer service and the main contact, Lisa, considers the residents issue reports disruptive to her and sees the residents reporting the issues as trouble maker/complainer, very ignorant to the resident's issues. Stay away from the company if you could.
