Went for Service B at 20,000km. Asked for a quote. Was given a range $480-$580 noting that it will increase depending on filters needing replacement. Terrible customer service. But when both dealerships are under the same owner, who cares. Trying to book an appointment requires leaving your number on the machine and they'll call you back at THEIR convenience. I tried many times to get a live body throughout the day with no success.

Terrible customer service. They don't mind selling you car, but don't bother going there for service. Rude service staff that just don't care.

Really poor sale staff or salesmam to be exact. Very rude did not listen. Cant see ever going back.
