Terrible service. I had to spot clean the suit myself when I picked it up. Definitely won’t be returning. What a waste of $20 and my time

They wrecked a brand new pair of suit pants and when I showed it to the owner, she went off like a top. $400 suit ruined. She would not take responsibility.

Sloppy Tailoring

Although everyone working there are very nice people and I'd give 5 stars just for that, I had two pairs of jeans tailored and they're completely ruined. I wasted 50$ on that and I literally can't even wear them. I had asked them to be tapered but still loose, and they're so tight that I can barely put them on. Additionally, the one pair that (kinda) fits is FAR tighter in one leg than the other. I'd go in and complain, but I feel that's not much use. So I'd rather warn whoever reads this.
