Botanica Restaurant

On the recommendation of our coffee waitress, we had Eggs Benedict. I cook this at home... honestly, probably the best it can be. This was the very worst I could think possible. Cold, under-done muffin, cold, under done bacon, cold, sloppily cooked eggs.... INCREDIBLY poor attempt at what was supposed to have been hollandaise sauce. fruit was good waitresses were prompt, polite... and one in particular, was very "natural", with a good sense of humour.
