We would strongly recommend using another bank if you’re looking to refinance. Our Appraiser gave us a quote for our house and then we paid $300.00 for an appraiser from bank. Their appraiser came in $40,000.00 shorter than one we hired. Our advice to BMO, try sending someone who knows what they are doing next time. You wasted our money & time. You lost our business period!! Have a nice day!
