    Awkward customer ...

    Awkward customer service. Most of these rookies wish they were somewhere else enjoying life when they are doing your haircut. Worst management I've ever seen in my life.

    I have been going to great clips for years but this time i decided to go to magicuts and got the worst haircut ive ever had. Bunch of slow rookie hair dressers in there

    Bad Bad service!!!!!!!

    My son asked for a fohalk,came out with a army cut!It was so hot in store I couldnt breath, suggested getting a air conditioner she replied that its cold for her, i said but your customers come in here too!! When i asked my son if he liked his cut, SHE replied yes its what he asked for!!! I waited a few minutes and asked HIM again, SHE replied, Yes, its what he asked for!! She walked away saying that she had 15 yrs exp. coldly told me how much i owed her...want my money back!!
