Worst experience ever in any Zara store in the world. I raised a complaint to their office, but they ignored providing a proper response regarding the manager, Jeremy, in this store. I am very disappointed with their handling of the situation.

I had a great experience shopping there. They have a lot of variety compared to other Zara store and the staff is so nice, especially there is one guy Ayush who was super helpful to me and helped me alot with my shopping and finding my sizes and clothes. It's a must go and with a staff like that guy it's good store for sure
Terrible customer service, do NOT put this girl at cashier again or give her less shift because all she did is talked to the other cashier while doing checkout. No greeting, no eye contact whatsoever, not even a thank you enjoy it. The manager needs to follow up on this because shes super unprofessional to work at Zara.
Terrible customer service. It was 10 minutes to closing time and they weren’t letting and come in. I had 4 items to try on when I headed to the fitting room at 5 minutes to 9pm(closing time) and they said that the fitting rooms are closed, that that’s manager’s order. I will not be shopping Zara anymore.
Their return/exchange policy is set in stone and will not make any exceptions, no matter what! The cashiers are always super slow! That is no way of running business, especially when there's so many retail companies who are willing to do what ever it takes to make customers happy. Zara clearly doesn't believe in excellent customer service or customer satisfaction! They also need to hire managers who are professional, friendly, enthusiastic about their job, not teenagers that just don't care!
