Sunday afternoon in the 3:00-3:30 pm range. I stop into the shop, and outside there are 2 vehicles in the drive-through. One barista is working the drive-through, one barista is doing inside orders - and about another two doing checkout etc - a pretty slow afternoon. It took me 14 minutes to get a simple tall Americano Misto. Car traffic continued at 2-3 in line only. There’s no way people would put up with that level of dopey, slow service on a busier weekday. The franchisee needs to know.
