Yesterday I had a meet and great with Dr. Schifke and I am going to keep him as my family doctor. He is a great listener and helpful. I went back for blood work today and it went fast. Everything is in the same building on one level. Doctors office, lab, pharmacy and even a dental office. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great job everyone one!! Keep up the good work :)

I found the receptionist to be extremely friendly. She went out of her way to make time on the phone and in person, to handle every issue. I waited an hour but it was worth it. My doctor spent a fair amount of time listening to and investigating my issues and didn’t push pills at all. I felt heard and valued. Finally a Medical centre focused on patient care! Nancy

Dr. does nothing to address the problem. He only pushes pills. Very hard to get a hold of. Been back to him 3 times for same issue & no progress.

Recently found out my doctor moved and I was not notified which is probably better in the long run. I sat for an hour waiting once because they "forgot I was there" when I was the first appointment. I sat and watched them put people on hold with no intention of going back to the call. Very hard to get a hold of anyone and actually drove there instead of calling as I knew that was easier. Wouldn't recommend this clinic for health care.
