I have been going to European meets for about 30 years. Whenever I want to make sure I have the very best cuts I will go there. For any and all special occasions. When I want to pamper family and friends they are my go to place. Matter of fact I am going there today. I have had bad experiences everywhere and realize no one is perfect... but close counts in this case!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I CAME TO PICK UP MY ROASTED TURKEY ON DEC 23rd AND IT WAS NOT COOKED!. THEY SAID NOT TO CALL BEFORE COMING BECAUSE THEY WILL BE BUSY. SO, I DID NOT. INSTEAD OF BEING APOLOGETIC ABOUT IT THEY EVEN GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE AND SAID JUST TAKE A SMOKED TURKEY INSTEAD, MY KIDS DO NOT EAT SMOKED TURKEY, SO I ENDED UP BUYING ROASTED CHICKEN AT SUPERSTORE. THEY RUINED OUR CHRISTMAS DINNER!!!!!. AND I LEFT WITHOUT A DECENT APOLOGY OR ANY COMPENSATION. THE TURKEY I BROUGHT THEM WAS A FRESH GRANNY's TURKEY WHICH COST ME A FORTUNE AND THE HASSLE DRIVING TO PICK UP MY TURKEY BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT MY KIDS FAVORITE... THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!.I WILL SURELY NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!!
