Labelled my order wrong and handed over wrong order to the uber guy also didn’t have courtesy to resend my order rather blaming delivery person for it
The service is very bad. I waited 20 minutes for our food, and I had to point at our order for the worker to start packing it. There were about 30 other costumers waiting with me, and only when the costumers asked for their money back did the workers bring their already ready and cold food out. The entire staff was only concentrating to deliver the drive-thru and the skip the dishes orders. And completely ignoring the in store costumers
Lousy service, don't go through the drive through, they try to over charge and then argue when you ask what is on the order. Also asked to pull ahead with Noone behind me, I said I'm ok waiting here and they slammed the window. Don't go here
Wow! I went through the drivethrough this evening and the manager called the police on me because I asked to wait at the window instead of pulling ahead and waiting in a parking spot. I explained I was in a hurry and the last time I waited there for 10 mins. Absolutely unbelievable. Never in my life have I experienced such a power trip from someone working at a brand like this. The Police agreed 100 percent with me that the manager was way out of line.. pls avoid this place.
Lacewood store - I preordered a coffee caraffe with fixings and muffins for 8:00 next day. The fellow that took my order seemed very efficient, friendly and accommadating (writing it down). Next day, when I went to pick it up - they had no reference, knowledge or info of my order. They were good enough to prepare it for me. I was not happy about this inconvenience as it made me late for scheduled meeting.
