Horrible customer service at this branch. Worse than the chatbot which would say "Hi" or "Next" when you are in line waiting. Tellers are completely useless. No one seems to care about their customers. I would've given a big fat zero if I could.

Contrary to the comments of the 3 previous individuals I have found the Alliston Scotiabank to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable handling all my financial transactions. They have implemented the necessary covid protocols and I feel safe and confident when discussing issues with either the tellers or management. They are highly recommended.

Horrible bank. Financial advisor tried forcing me into opening an account there to avoid probate for 30,000$ Tellers were rude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Worst brAnch of Scotiabank ever I can say! I was insulted and horrible service from lazy employees who have no knowledge.

The financial advisor gave no options to a loan, ie RRSP withdrawal vs. line of credit. I would have lost money had I not done my own research. She also had no time to complete business, telling me to make a second appointment to create a RIF. Poor and incomplete service.
