Alpha Care Pharmacy

Be aware of this pharmacy. They were going to charge me for a prescription when I was 100% covered. They argued with me that I am not covered, said their system was down, but insisted I was wrong, stating last time I paid, embarrassing me in front of patients. Then left me an urgent message to call them, to tell me I was terminated from my benefits and had to pay for the prescription. Not once even when I asked, did they apologize. After giving them my information again, never heard back.

Don't go there! Dr Abraham Hany is incompetent. I went in with what was diagnosed 3 days later as shingles and his diagnosis was a cyst that would have to be removed and a rash from shaving! I got a prescription for acne medicine when I had shingles! As such, I was 3 days later getting the right diagnosis and medicine which meant the affliction was much worse that it should have been. A pre-med student know better than Dr. Hany

The personal, attentive, thoughtful care is amazing! Sometimes you have to wait for it, but it's worth it!!
