First Choice Haircutters

I went to first choice before Christmas and the courtesy was second to none. The hair dresser was Jessica and she let me know that she is just starting out which I appreciated. She listened to what I wanted done and did an amazing job. She is so sweet... first choice made a great choice by hiring her...

When I arrived I asked how long I would have to wait. I was told 10 to 15minutes. Half an hour later I was still waiting to be served when they took someone who just walked in. When I asked I was told it was because she had registered online. It would have been nice if they would have mentioned this to me when I asked how long I had to wait. Needless to say I left. I was very unhappy with this situation and I will think twice before going back. On average I get my hair cut every 6 weeks.

I asked for a balayage and after being told it would be no problem and that the hair dresser could do it multiple times, I got uneven terribly blended bright yellow hair cut shorter than asked, payed a fortune for it then had to spend even more money fixing it myself.
