    Misinformation ov...

    Misinformation over the phone. Complete lack of accountability. Staff pretending to be managers and promising call backs that they do not hold (twice). Very unprofessional business. Avoid.

    Will not return.

    Went in for a bike tune up! I asked them if they cleaned the gears on the bike as part of the tune up instead of replying yes or no I was asked if I had a garden hose at home. I ended up leaving my bike there for my yearly tune up regardless, big mistake. The bike was ready 3 weeks after my told pick up time, it also had a huge scrape on the top of the bike frame and has also shifted poorly through gears since that tune up. Since then I brought my bike to another bike shop in the city and have had a much better experience. I will not be returning to this store.
