Personally my meal was at most 'alright'. However, another one of the individuals who had joined us for dinner had a horrible experience. To start with they asked for a salad to start and the waitress forgot to bring it, so they got theres when everyone else was eating there main course. Also, they ordered a wing and rib platter. The wings were TOTALLY RAW...not just undercooked. I'm talking they were bloddy on the inside. To make it worst the waitress gets the manager and all he says is, we won't charge you for those wings. He doesnt replace them or offer to pay for the meal altogether. He just removes the price of the wings from the bill! WHAT A JOKE! I won't be returning to this Kelsey's again.

The food here wasnt bad but the waitress we had was horrible! she was so slow, she was rude and she never had a smile on her face once. I can definitly say that she ruined the night for all of us (me and my family) after we left all we could say was what a horrible waitress she was awful.
