If there was a no star option, they deserve 0 or less than that. Garbage customer service. They ARE THE WORST. I got no help. Making up stories that my printer had another ink when I bought it from staples. Please hire people that really want to do their job.

Impossible to reach technical support very poor left on hold indefinitely. Replacement equipment was in worse condition than the equipment we owned and were having unresolved difficulty with .
