Amazing Salon - Great service, experienced hairstylists!

I've been going to Salon Capricci for the past 8 years and I've never been disappointed. The hairstylists are very knowledgeable and experienced and I always trust them with my hair. I've had so many different services done there - hair straightening, full head colouring, balayage, highlights, updo's and styling, various treatments, etc., and have always been very pleased with the results. The prices are standard and comparable to other hair salons. I would highly recommend this salon!

Salon Capricci has been cutting my hair for the last 4 years. Contrary to some of the feedback, I find all the ladies are very welcoming and are definitely masters at their craft. I had my hair cut by a number of girls, and did not have any complaints so far. At times I do give them a hard time on how to cut my hair, but they are always cooperative and follow my instructions. Pricing is very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Salon Capricci, I have been to a lot of other hair salons and the girls here are wonderful, they are always up to date with the latest trends, the atmosphere is super fun and I've never been disappointed. I have referred lots of friends and family here. The prices are average, and you definitely get what you pay for. I typically see Natalie but I've also seen all of the other girls and they are all excellent!

Such a great experience ! The staff members are so welcoming and kind. I've had my hair done at this salon multiple and have always loved the outcome!!! Always taking their time in making your hair look gorgeous ! The vibe is also amazing, always a good time at salon Capricci

AMAZING

I absolutely love salon capricci! I travel all the way from etobicoke for Elisa to do my hair and she nails it every time! I leave the salon extremely happy and always look forward to seeing her and the rest of the girls at the salon again and again. I have sent my family and friends here and they agree we found top of the line talent and customer service!

Terrible experience, do not get your colour/cut done here

This was a terrible salon experience. My hair was done by Myra Jane, the "balayage" she did ended up with harsh lines throughout my hair. She denies that there are the harsh lines and defended her terrible work. I spent $375, and this was just all a waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend.

My haircut looks terrible. I asked for something specific and as a hairdresser she should have known what to do. Not going back again

Amazing salon from owner to assistant. Prices are average. Blow dry is NOT extra. I go monthly

Disappointing!

This salon has some of the worst customer service! The head stylist is rude and has no idea what she is doing. I asked her for one colour and it turned into a completely different family. As a professional, she should know how different hair types respond to colouring. On top of that, she would not fix it without charging me an arm and a leg! Other friends have also complained about their over the top prices, which don't even include a basic blow drying. You leave the salon with wet hair unless you're willing to fork over another large chunk. WILL NEVER GO BACK!
