Would like to thank your employee John for his excellent service. He is a very helpful knowledgeable technician. He took care of my tire problems in a very quick prompt fashion. The rep I dealt with, Jamie, was amazing. After I had a tire repaired another rep told me if I wanted it put on my truck it would be an hour wait. I was going to take the tire and go but Jamie grabbed a jack and a gun and came outside and quickly put on the tire for me in no time. And he didn't even charge me for it. It was exceptional customer service!

Worst service I've ever had. I almost thought I was in Detroit again. It took 4 hours for them to help me on the side of the highway. I called speedway tire and they were here in 35 min.
