My first visit at Matrix Auto Repair & Sales to check on a 2008 Buick Enclave CXL. Tyler was very pleasant,friendly, knowledgeable and the customer was outstanding. We went for a test drive and throughout the whole process he provide me all the details on a professional level and he was very honest. Went there for a quick tire swap and balance. Anyone can do this, but I still highly recommend them. Tyler was very polite (unlike the usual grumpy shop owner/foreman... I would know from being in the trade) and was very honest. He even insisted on helping me load my tires back to my car as well. Will most definitely go back for major work.
