I picked up some weird object in my tire and luckily I was close to Kal Tire. Kal was extremely pleasant and personable and fixed my tire in no time . I highly recommend. The service here is awesome!!

Got a flat tire after purchasing a new vehicle, couldn't be a worse situation. However the staff at Goodyear found me a replacement tire right away, when others turned me away. Very professional and helpful. Really went above and beyond to get my tire fixed. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE!

Back in November my husband, myself and my 7 month old were driving and our break lines blew right around the corner from this Goodyear location. We were able to get off the road safely. We are from Innisfil and have no family in the Newmarket area and it was freezing cold out. So we went into Goodyear and explained our situation. We have a young baby and no way of getting home. It was still quite early in the day (about 3-4 hours until they closed). The woman at the counter told my husband that they would be able to help us, not to worry (they wouldn't leave us stranded.) My husband went around the corner and drove the car into their lot. When he came back in he was informed that the mechanic refused to help us, he was to busy... fixing an air conditioner!!!! IN NOVEMBER! So here we are stuck with a hungry baby, no brakes and no way to get home. They didn't care and they didn't go out of their way to even try to help us. We ended up finding a little garage on the other side of davis drive who kindy brought us in and gave me and my son somewhere warm to sit and eat. They put their other jobs on hold and brought our truck in. They ended up fixing our brake line in about an hour and charged us $80.00 (just for labour). I don't know what we would have done without them. I'm disgusted that someone could look at a stranded family and refuse to help them. I would never give them a cent of my money... instead find a small mechanic shop who knows the value of a happy customer. I hope the owner sees this and has a good chat with his staff!!
