    Spent over $1000....

    Spent over $1000.00 on a Beam vacuum to replace our older model.Had a problem with the wiring and had to pay the "minimum service charge" of $99.00 for someone from Brock Built In(Oshawa) to come out to my house. He was here for a total of 3 minutes to fix the problem. Very disappointed that after buying the vacuum from them, they would charge me over $100.00 for a 3 minute service call.

    Decent turn aroun...

    Decent turn around time (3days) for repair on broken meile vacuum. Drop off, quote and fix. Easy.

    Great Experience

    It was a great experience shopping at Brock Built-in Specialists in Oshawa. We went in there to compare the Beam Central Vacuum to some other portable vacuums like the Dyson. They have a lot of different vacuums to choose from there and the sales staff is very knowledgeable! We ended up purchasing a Beam Model 375 Special Edition Central Vacuum System and I bought an installation kit so I could do the install my self. They explained to me how to do the install - our house was already roughed in. It was very easy and my wife LOVES the new vacuum. I would recommend this place to anyone! We love our Beam Central Vacuum
