Sweet Art

I have lived in Ottawa for 3 and a half years and this is still one of my favourite places to go! The owner is incredibly nice and the food is amazing (if it is your first time there, definitely order what the owner suggests!). The decor is great - definitely original - and the desserts are very impressive. It is a place to go when you are looking for a relaxing evening, not if you are in a rush. It is most definitely not a fast food restaurant :) A great date place. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Without a doubt, this was one of my worst dining...

Without a doubt, this was one of my worst dining experiences ever. It took them 15 minutes to even take our drink orders, then another 10 minutes to bring two bottles of beer to our table! The food took almost an hour! I have never waited THIS long for bowls of pho! The Vietnamese consider this FAST FOOD! The family at the next table seemed to have the same problems... we overheard them asking the waiter to re-wipe their dirty table and wondering when they would get their drinks! The worst thing was that it wasn't even busy that night... the restaurant was probably about 1/2 full. It was so ridiculous, we didn't know whether to laugh or be frustrated... we definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The restaurant has a nice ambience. It is small, quiet. The service is excellent. The owner is very friendly, informative and kind. The food was excellent.
