I referred a friend to this office and their service was horrible ,very unprofessional and misconduct. Lawyer was trying to convince my friend to change her real state agent and goes with their agents. and also they are very careless about sending mails to the other parties lawyer thus ending up to create delay and problems for their clients.
I had a case open to dissolve my corporation in June 17th, today is Oct 31st and I still had no response or update from this firm. I called 4-5 times during this period and the person who responsible either on the phone, not in office, on trip or not able to find my file. On their website they claimed to "provide top notch excellent legal services" and "... respond to concerns within 24 hours or less.", but I don't think I received any of these promises. Not able to locate my files also make me doubt their professionalism. If it took more than 4 months for them to deliver their service for such a small case, imagine how long does it take for them to consult on bigger issue. I believe I've wasted enough time following up with them so I'd like to express my frustration here. I hope my case can get resolved soon.
