Motorcycle Superstore

Be very careful should you decide to service your motorcycle here. Do a very thorough inspection of your bike for missing pieces and to double check you got what you paid for. I didn't completely get what I paid for and Mark in service was very rigid about returning my money for a job not completed. He wanted me to bring the bike back and let the same technician work on it again but my trust was already broken and there was a strong refusal to give back money. I don't think their intentions are

I brought my motor scooter there for work to be done, the mechanic was very arrogant and rude ,they took 800 dollars from me and then returned my bike to me with nuts and bolts missing and made me sign a release form deeming it unsafe to ride . So I started doing my own work with limited tools, but still managed to get an other 15 years of riding on it with no problems I will never set foot in that store ever again .

I have visited this store on many occasions and every time have been very dissapointed with customer service. Employees are rude and terrible at answering questions. Nobody greats you with a smile or even puts an ounce of effort into showing they actually give a damn. I could say they are just after making money but even after offering them my business they are very difficult and unpleasant to work with, I felt uncomfortable and will never return here. Horrible and disrespectful.

Put a deposit dow...

Put a deposit down. Found the bike I was buying advertised for a better price, tried to get it matched with lots of problems and run around. Ended up losing my deposit. I also learned their bikes are imported from the USA and bought from auctions, I wasn't satisfied the bike would be free from problems. Even after telling me my deposit is "Fully refundable pending funding" as vague as that is, READ THE BACK OF THEIR CONTRACT and be VERY CAREFUL HERE when you buy a bike.

service when where? how?

When they learn how to answer their phone let alone do what they say...that will be a miracle. The epitome of voicemail jail. They must like listening to themselves talk. Call and have a listen. Its like a radio station. Can't buy anything because no one has the ability to handle a call properly!
