Treadmill was fixed for reasonable price. Service was courteous and prompt. We had to wait for a part, but that is not the fault of this company. We also had good service years ago to fix a TV. They are our go-to repair service for home appliances and electronics.

D&r can fix anything

Very disappointed. My dad dropped off a radio and was told they would take a look at it the following week. When he called late the next week they said they were very busy but that the radio was 2nd on their 'to do' list. My dad called back a 1.5 weeks later and he was told the radio was 3rd on the list. When my dad noted he had been second, he was then told he would be prioritized. I then went in to ask for it back and commented on the service. They were not humble or apologetic.

I was very very disappointed. I had cancelled a scheduled appointment with an employee at S&R and found out that she had NEVER passed the message onto the appropriate person. The service person attended to service a piece of equipment I had decided not to keep and had put it on Kijiji for FREE. So I now have to pay the service charge. The young man I spoke with was good enough to take $30 off but I am still stuck with a bill. Ensure you know who you speak with at this proprietorship.
